Yes, in theory you can use iOS 81 on a spectator's phone but not as quick as with Jolt. This app was originally intended to be used on all your own devices. Just like Replica4D, you can install multiple instances of iOS 81 onto the same device and customize each to look different. You can then also export those custom versions so you can install them on your other phones or tablets.
