Joltronix makes mature software products that have undergone rigorous development. After a feature lockdown, every product is subjected to extensive stress testing for 3 months before its release. Prior to every incremental feature update, our internal team meticulously tests the software according to our stringent standards. If you're interested in joining this team, you can apply through any of the Private Joltronix Facebook user groups.

Joltronix makes professional software, and developing products like this is a years-long endeavor. For us, it's both a profession and a passion – it's how we sustain our families. While we appreciate the occasional offers for barter (other tricks, software, services, publicity), it's no different than being offered "exposure" as payment for a gig; it won't put food on the table. We always purchase other magicians' effects and developers' software if we're interested, and we expect the same in return.

Can I get a Refund?

With Joltronix, as with all magic, sales are final. Wardrobing is theft and equals to somebody refusing to pay you after your show. If you're not sure if a Joltronix item is for you, please check all the reviews, our extensive FAQ, all the videos, and talk to us directly via messenger or publicly in posts and comments. 

We're always honest with our answers and rather not sell you Joltronix products if we feel they're not right for you. There is no rush in buying Joltronix products, so make an educated decision or ask your family and other magicians. 

If you want to sell a Joltronix product to a friend because you no longer need it we gladly help you by transferring ownership in the back end so your friend can use your software without restrictions and under their own name.
